Our Story
Established in January 1998, we act as a one-stop gear and pulley convenience store for the engineering, mining, construction, and diversity of industrial manufacturing industries.
Our clients range from large engineering and mining enterprises to local conglomerates, and small and medium enterprises (SMEs). PULLEYS & GEARS SALES operates from our well-equipped and well-stocked warehouse in Sebenza, Edenvale in Gauteng’s East Rand economic heartland.
We have built up an excellent supply chain of leading international and local manufacturers which enables us to provide practically any gear, pulley, and related product, and to ensure continuity in product and brand lines.
We keep a diversified stock in our warehouse, but order products we do not have on our shelves, always opting for a fast turnaround time.
Our sales staff members are competent and experienced to advise clients on appropriate fit-for-purpose products that serve the best interests of every workplace.

As Pullies & Gears Director,
It is both an honor and a deeply personal privilege to serve as the Director of this great company — a company that has proudly supported and supplied our customers for over 30 years.
As many of you know, this business was founded and led by my late father, whose vision, hard work, and dedication built the foundation upon which we stand today. His passing in May 2024 was not only a great personal loss to me but also to everyone who had the privilege of working with him. His legacy continues to guide every decision we make and every success we celebrate.
Over the past months, we have made substantial investments to ensure that his vision not only lives on but also evolves with the times. Our goal has been simple — to broaden our range of stock and expand our capabilities to meet the ever-growing demands of our customers.
In doing so, we have modernized our operations from the ground up — from upgrading our computer systems and security infrastructure to streamlining our operational and management processes. Every improvement has been made with one purpose in mind: to position our company for sustainable growth and continued leadership in the industry.
I am proud to say that we now have one of the strongest management teams this company has ever seen — a team that combines experience, innovation, and an unshakable commitment to excellence. Together, we have strengthened our brand, built new partnerships, and established a presence in the industry that is truly a force to be reckoned with.
But our journey doesn’t end here. We are entering a new chapter — one built on legacy and leadership, tradition and transformation. With our dedicated team, loyal customers, and the guiding principles instilled by my father, I am confident that the next 30 years will be even more remarkable than the first.
